TEA Product Warranty

TEA warrants that all products are free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, for a period of 1 year. The Warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been used in a way other than instructed, abused, or misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than TEA or an authorized TEA repair center. TEA provides a full-time repair depot, and any product that needs warranty or non-warranty repair or modification services, can contact our Repair Manager.  A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any equipment for service. Estimated repair costs and analysis can be provided prior to work being performed. TEA reserves the right to repair or exchange upon inspection of a product under warranty. Requests for return authorization can be completed with the below form.

TEA Payment Terms

Payment terms are setup at the time of sale.  We offer NET 30 day terms for qualified customers and we accept Visa/Mastercard.  Payment should be made to: TEAHeadsets Corp., P.O. Box 404 , Brewster, NY 10509.  Please specify invoice number on check stub as well as a customer number.  Past due invoices are subject to 1.5% late payment charge.

All special ordered items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.  If there is a need to return a unit for repair, a Return Authorization form is required and should be included with the return.
